Vendor Information

Mid-Atlantic Police Motorcycle Riding Committee
Vendor Application

The Mid-Atlantic Police Motorcycle Rodeo is a non-profit event that provides training to area police motorcycle officers. Proceeds from the rodeo are donated to the C.O.P.S. summer youth camp program. To help us reach these two goals, vendors are asked to make a minimum $250.00 donation in either cash or merchandise to the Rodeo Committee. Merchandise can be items that we can use either for a raffle or door prizes.

Vendor space at the Mid-Atlantic Police Motorcycle Rodeo will be assigned based on the following criteria.

  1. Space available:  The amount of space that we have allotted to the rodeo each year will vary.  Vendor space is allotted from the space remaining after the rodeo is set up. Being a vendor this year does not guarantee you a spot next year; however, consideration will be given to long term supporters.
  2. Relationship to the event:  Since this is a police motorcycle event, preference will be given to vendors who have products or services that relate to the police motorcycle officer, police work in general and motorcycling in general. Others will be considered if space is available.
  3. Amount of space: Since space is often limited, vendors are not guaranteed a specific amount of room. Please tell us how much space you request and we will do our best to accommodate you, however, if space is limited the size of your display may need to be cut back if you wish to have a booth. The basic area allotted is 12X12, larger areas can be provided if space is available.
  4. Tents & Tables: The rodeo committee does not provide tents or tables. If we have an extra one on site we may be able to help you but as a rule these items should be brought with you.
  5. Power: Most of our venues do not have power available. If you need power to run your display plan on bringing a generator with you. Any generators or power equipment may be subject to inspection by the Fire Marshall and should comply with any applicable rules.
  6. Security: An attempt is made at each rodeo to have someone on site over night. This, however, is not a given since this is done mainly by volunteers. Any equipment or materials left on site over night is done so at the risk to the owner. The Mid-Atlantic Police Motorcycle Riding Committee assumes no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of anything left on site.
